- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst service. Second time I come here and by the first I should have known not to make this mistake again. But everyone may have a bad day so I gave them a second try. The experience for the first and the second visit is exactly the same. I waited a good 15 minutes in waiting area both times. And another 15 to be seen in the room and only 3 1/2 minutes for the procedure. The second time I came in for a 3 pm apt. And a lady walks in two minutes after me with a 3:15 apt but when they took me to the room. They took care of her first. I got 20 units of Botox and I saw him diluting it. Asked him what he was doing and he told me but 10 days later I have zero change in my forehead so I'm assuming he over diluted the product. I also assume he over diluted the product because of the fact that I got a promotion through groupon.
